Unsolicited Submissions Policy

Space Colonel, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “Space Colonel”) do not accept or review unsolicited creative or proprietary materials.
This includes, without limitation, music, lyrics, compositions, sound recordings, demos, beats, audiovisual works, films, television projects, scripts, screenplays, treatments, concepts, podcasts, books, manuscripts, artwork, designs, branding materials, marketing ideas, business concepts, or any other creative or intellectual property, whether submitted by email, physical delivery, file-sharing links, social media, messaging platforms, or any other means.
Any materials submitted to Space Colonel without a prior written request and a fully executed written agreement are considered unsolicited. Such materials will not be reviewed, returned, acknowledged, or compensated. Submission of unsolicited materials does not create any confidential, fiduciary, contractual, or implied relationship between the sender and Space Colonel. No obligation of confidentiality is assumed or implied.
Space Colonel and its affiliated artists, partners, and representatives may already be developing, or may in the future independently develop, works that are similar or identical to unsolicited submissions. By submitting unsolicited materials, the sender acknowledges and agrees that Space Colonel shall have no liability for any alleged similarity, use, development, or exploitation of independently created works.
Inquiries regarding potential management, production, representation, partnership, or other business relationships may be submitted for consideration provided they do not include unsolicited creative materials. Such inquiries should be limited to biographical information and links to publicly available, previously released work. Unreleased material, attachments, private links, or creative files will not be reviewed.
Please do not submit creative or proprietary materials unless specifically requested in writing by Space Colonel and accompanied by a signed agreement governing the submission.
This policy applies to all communications received through Space Colonel’s websites, public email addresses, social media channels, physical mail, or any other method of delivery. Space Colonel reserves the right to delete or discard unsolicited submissions at any time without notice.
